Source: the BuilderPrime Master Project Report, pulled once daily (~6:30 AM CT). Live BuilderPrime can differ later in the day as deposits are processed and jobs are closed out.
- Deposits to process — status “Deposit Received”, not yet scheduled, and more than 1 day old (aged from the sold date — the report has no separate deposit date; today's deposits get a one-day grace before they're chased).
- No install date — sold, with no install date set yet.
- Jobs to close — status “Project Scheduled” whose install date passed more than 1 day ago and isn't marked complete (the one-day grace skips routine same-day close-outs).
- Past date, wrong status — install date passed (>1 day) but the status still isn't “Project Scheduled” (e.g. still “No Installation Date”) — a status/date contradiction to fix.
- Scheduled, no date — marked “Project Scheduled” but no date is on the calendar at all (these don't surface in any other pipeline view).
- Missing crew — scheduled this or next week with no labor and no subcontractor cost assigned (i.e. no crew booked to do the work), regardless of whether a PM/trailer is set.
- Crew capacity — actual crews (or the 3-week predicted peak) vs the crews needed next week, split flake/rubber.
- Labor — labor + subcontractor cost as a % of revenue on completed jobs over the trailing ~25 weeks (company average shown for reference).
